Originally from Croatia,  Mirko will be well known to those in Singapore having completed a full and illustrious playing career in Singapore and for the National Team. The teams he has represented throughout his career are Primorac (Croatia, Div 1), Zadar (Croatia, Div 1), Tampines Rovers (Singapore, S-League), Singapore Armed Forces (Singapore S-League) and Singapore National Team.

Since retiring from professional football Mirko followed his passion into coaching. Rising to UEFA “A” license he has applied his trade at NK Mosor (Croatia, Div 1), NK Imotski (Croatia, Div 1), Warriors F.C. (Singapore, S-League) and Turf City FC (Singapore Youth League).

He now joins ISLAND CITY FC as our Lead Coach.
